Salads UP: Healthy Fast Casual Launch in Michigan

As a senior in college, Robert Mayer and Max Steir decided that their campus of Michigan State needed more healthy options to choose from. With the opening of their dining experience, Salad UP, they friends are offering cold pressed juices, soups, wraps and 40 different types of organic fruits and vegetables to top their salads.
